Watch, Question, Practice, Learn: Practical tasks, backed up by theory, presented in bite-sized chunks, in small classes, with climbing throughout the session.
Support to take steps forward, learn about yourself and your motivations, in a non-judgmental environment.
Techniques used and rated by climbers at different levels to build the skills and self-knowledge to become more confident, as a climber.
You will be part of a group of climbers just like you; climbers who want a non-judgmental, proactive, focussed programme to find out and implement what works for you as an individual. By the end you will have practical techniques that you can take with you to drive your confidence and your climbing to the next level.
