Trusted Techniques
In your quest to be a more confident rock climber, you will be using the tools of sports psychologists and the trusted techniques used by climbers, to identify the things that will make most difference to you.

You will be part of a group of climbers just like you; climbers who want a non-judgmental, proactive, focussed programme to find out and implement what works for you as an individual. By the end you will have practical techniques that you can take with you to drive your confidence and your climbing to the next level.
