I’ve been doing a mix of these, as each one works a different set of muscles within the abdominal area. More on this soon, with an expert blog post on muscle groups and how to train for optimum core strength.
Just to re-iterate I’m not a health professional and you should ensure you’re exercising within your limits – you know what they are!- make sure you’re fit and healthy before exercise, stop if you feel unwell and consult your doctor if you feel there’s anything that might affect your wellbeing when exercising.
