Cathy O’Dowd is an adventurer. She does all sorts of fun and adventurous activities, including ski mountaineering.
In this engaging talk she will share with us the basics of getting started as a ski mountaineer, giving details of what she loves about it, accompanied by a highly polished presentation of images and a demo of kit, to get us excited about this incredible activity, in time for prepping for the winter season.
This will be an interactive talk, with the audience able to ask questions at key points during the talk. It will last for 40 minutes talk, followed by Q&A.
