Climber’s Mindfulness & Yoga: 1

11 May @ 5:45 am - 6:30 pm BST

Workshop outline

We are excited at the next iteration of our Monday evening session, bringing together our mindfulness and yoga practices with Beth Thomas of Sukha Yoga.

This climber-specific session is here by popular demand, supporting us with a focussed climber-specific workshop designed to fit in after work.

This workshop is for Womenclimb members.

Where?

This exclusive Womenclimb workshop will run on Zoom each week from 5:45 to 6.30pm

Please arrive in time and don’t be late! Entry to the class closes at 5:58pm so we can start on time.

You can come every week, or drop into the series whenever it suits you best.

As a member you will receive your invite to the session on a Sunday evening with everything you need to join on Zoom.

If you think your email hasn’t arrived, please check you spam/junk folder.

Requirements

You can join this session whatever your level and experience of yoga. You can take it at your own pace, and you can turn off your video and audio and watch along. After the session, we will have a chat, if you want to stay, but don’t be afraid to leave if you’ve got other things to do.

As with all Womenclimb events and workshops, you are responsible for your health, safety and taking responsibility for your participation. If you have any medical problems or concerns, you should speak to the event organiser via private message on zoom when you arrive online.

How to Join

Who is the host / instructor?

Beth Thomas is a highly experienced yoga instructor and climber. She has been with Womenclimb from the start and we are so happy that she’s come on board to deliver these yoga classes during lockdown in the UK. We hope you will love her as much as we do.
