Would you like to develop a great warmup routine that helps improve your climbing readiness and reduce your risk of injury?
This session will take you through a simple warmup, with exercises that we will practice together, so that when you’re ready to go climbing, indoors or outdoors, you will have a set of easy to remember exercises that will help your climbing.
This course is for Womenclimb Supporters and Members.
We will start with an intro and then together we will go through a progressive warmup for the arms, hands and fingers. The session will last for 45-60 minutes, depending how many questions you have. You might be thinking ‘I don’t have 45 minutes to warm up!’. That’s ok. Some of this session will involve talking through the exercises, to make sure you’re 100% happy to go away and do them independently. When you’ve finished, you will be able to choose the exercises that work best for you.
You can join this session as a complete beginner. It will be best to wear comfy clothes, or the clothes that you would wear climbing. You can bring a piece of paper and a pen if you’d like to make notes to help you remember.
