Diversity, Equality and Inclusion is important to us. But… we don’t have all the answers. In fact, we are a long way from having all the answers, which is why we are calling upon you to help us develop our strategy for Diversity, Equality & Inclusion. This event is an opportunity for you to contribute your ideas on how Womenclimb, as a volunteer-led organisation, can develop and promote diversity, equality and inclusion.

Diversity, Equality & Inclusion: Community Consultation
2 July @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm BST
How will the event work
We will have a series of topics that we will ask you to comment on, to help us develop an ambitious and realistic DEI Strategy for Womenclimb. To do this, we will organise a series of ‘rooms’ in Zoom, so you can talk in small groups. We will ask one person from the group to make notes and to feed back all your ideas. The session will be recorded, but only so that we can keep track of all the suggestions: your input will not be broadcast or made available to anyone outside of the event.
The event will last for 60 minutes maximum.
How to join the session
Sign up as a Womenclimb Supporter (FREE) in order to get the link to the session in advance. You will receive a Womenclimb Supporter invite via email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
