Handstands & Headstands Workshop 1

15 April 2020 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm BST

Workshop outline

Kat Loveday from Siren Asylum leads us in this fun and interactive class.

This is an amazing class, where you can learn the tips and tricks you need to go away and practice your handstands and headstands.

This workshop is for Womenclimb members.

This exclusive Womenclimb workshop will run on Zoom on a Wednesday at 5.30pm.

Unlike our other classes you can drop in and drop out at your leisure.

You can come every week, or drop into the series whenever it suits you best.

As a member you will receive your invite to the session on a Sunday evening with everything you need to join on Zoom.

You can join this session whatever your level and experience of headstands and handstands, but if you are a complete beginner, it’s helpful to do the whole series, as we will progress to different exercises and activities each week. You can take it at your own pace, and you can turn off your video and audio and watch along. After the session, we will have a chat, if you want to stay, but don’t be afraid to leave if you’ve got other things to do.

As with all Womenclimb events and workshops, you are responsible for your health, safety and taking responsibility for your participation. When participating at home, remember that there is a risk of physical injury and you should listen to your own body, stay within your limits, to stay safe, healthy and injury-free.
