How it works
You don’t need to do a thing. Each Sunday, you will receive a mailout with a link to the latest fitness video. We will put the links online in your member login area too, so you can access these all together when you want them.
As with all Womenclimb events and workshops, you are responsible for your health, safety and taking responsibility for your participation. You must always exercise common sense and caution. You are responsible for your wellbeing, so if something doesn’t feel right, stop. You know your body. These videos are not a replacement for a personal trainer or instruction.
Who is the host / instructor?
Your weekly video host is Kat Loveday. Kat is a climber. She runs our weekly handstand and headstand classes, and she is the owner of Siren Asylum, a women-only gym in Manchester. She is, quite frankly, amazing. We hope you love her as much as we do.
