Would you love to know how to tie a bowline, an alpine butterfly, a clove hitch or a figure of 8 knot?
These are all great knots that you can use in rock climbing, so join us for this short session, where you will get practical help to learn how to do these knots. Bring your cup of tea – it doesn’t matter what level you climb at – from starter to experienced – you will be made welcome and you are sure to learn something new.
At this session, you will get the chance to learn two of these five different knots:
Figure of 8
Bowline on a bight
You can join this session as a complete beginner. To get the most from the session, you will need:
A piece of rope
A cup of tea, coffee or a cold drink
A snack or piece of cake
