Mindfulness 2

21 April 2020 @ 2:00 pm - 2:15 pm BST

Workshop outline

Beth Thomas of Sukha Yoga will guide a 15 minute meditation, designed exclusively for Womenclimb members.

If you want more structure, an opportunity to reflect during your day, and time out with an experienced professional, then this session is for you.

This workshop is for Womenclimb members.

This guided session will last for 15 minutes.

Please arrive from 1:45 and don’t be late! Entry to the class closes at 1:55pm, to allow us to focus and spend this session developing a mindful practice without distractions.

You can come every week, or drop into the series whenever it suits you best.

As a member you will receive your invite to the session on a Sunday evening with everything you need to join on Zoom.

You can join this session whatever your level and experience of mindfulness. If you have never tried mindfulness, this is an excellent opportunity to give it a go with a friendly and warm guide, who can help you through the process. You can take it at your own pace, and you can turn off your video and audio. After the session, we will have a chat, if you want to stay, but don’t be afraid to leave if you’ve got other things to do.

As with all Womenclimb events and workshops, you are responsible for your health, safety and taking responsibility for your participation. If you have any medical problems or concerns, you should speak to the event organiser via private message on zoom when you arrive online.
