Inversion and Womenclimb are excited to present a relaxing and inspiring weekend of yoga, climbing and relaxation in the spectacular setting of Snowdonia with our partner Sukha yoga.


From the tranquil setting of a mountain hut set high above Llanberis, you will enjoy three days of yoga practices, guided meditations and climbing opportunities guided by Beth Thomas of Sukha Yoga and Emily Pitts from Womenclimb. You will be amongst a group of like-minded women who want to enjoy yoga and climbing together in a friendly non-judgmental environment, where it doesn't matter how much experience you have. 

You will be welcomed by Emily and Beth and made to feel comfortable and at home during the weekend. It offers you a unique opportunity to step outside your busy daily life and focus on yourself with others who want to do the same. 

Accommodation is available in a mountain hut with comfortable alpine bunks, a well-equipped kitchen and a truly spectacular view. Set away from roads and other residences, you will feel like you’re away from it all. The weekend is self-catering to give you the freedom to eat what you like when you want. On Saturday we will provide a tasty and healthy three course communal meal. Vegetarian, vegan and food intolerances will be catered for, so you can relax knowing that we’ve thought about your needs.

The itinerary is designed to allow you to step into the sessions that you suit you best. There are no mandatory sessions - you will choose your yoga sessions when you arrive and then you can be flexible with everything else for the rest of the weekend. This is all about giving you opportunities to slow down, enjoy the yoga and go climbing if you feel like it. There will be other activities like jigsaws, reading, crafts and games for you to enjoy, if you would prefer quiet reflection time.

All our adventures have clear and unambiguous pricing, so you know exactly what you are paying for with no hidden extras. Three days of fully insured, instructed yoga sessions, Two guided meditation sessions, Three course meal on Saturday night, Creative Activities & Games, Cooking facilities, Refreshments - Tea, coffee, herbal tea, biscuits (incl. milk and vegan alternatives). Reserved accommodation is available for all attendees at our mountain hut base for £24 per person - pay on the weekend. You will need to organise: Food for your meals (other than three course evening meal on Saturday), Transport to and from the mountain hut, Sleeping bag, Personal climbing equipment, Yoga Mat
