Ten great snack foods for climbers. All the best things that we love eating on the move – at the wall, the crag or on the move. Hope you love them too – tell us what you think or suggest your own:
- Toasted Almonds
- Home-made beef jerky
- Nuts
Raisins
- Granola
- Oat Cakes
- Peanut Butter (home made is much healthier)
- Banana – good slow-burning carbs
- Jelly – fast acting carbs for an instant boost
- Boiled egg
and finally… - Donuts – we know they’re not healthy…. but we love them!
