Some of the exercises on the programme may be mentally challenging. We hope that these will be productive for you, to help you move towards positive results for your climbing confidence. We are here to support you as far as we can on your journey.
We aren’t registered psychological practitioners, and although we have many years of experience of dealing with individuals in a range of scenarios, there may be times where we feel that we are not qualified or experienced to provide the advice or support that you need. Our correspondences and discussions are confidential. The only instance where confidentiality could be broken is if we feel that you are at risk or might hurt yourself or someone else.
