10.7. Coping Capacity Plan

Take the results of your previous exercise and review the strategy suggestions through the following exercise:

Exercise: Coping Capacity Plan // Duration: 10 mins

Using the download or drawing out the chart in your journal, review the suggestions made in the previous exercises.  This process is about identifying:

  1. Which of these strategies do you already use?
  2. How effective are the ones you already use?
  3. Which strategies do you not use?
  4. Is there a reason you don’t use those strategies?
  5. What do you feel would be a good next step from this information and reflection?
