This module is here for you to refer to whenever you need it.  The theory parts are included to help you understand.  The most important parts of the module are the self-talk and out-of-autopilot practices.  At the start of the next module, you’re going to get a brand new, exclusive download for a regular mindfulness practice, so the raisin was just the start!

Before we finish off, it’s time for one last exercise, which will be at the end of every module.

Exercise: Action Planning // Duration: 5-10 mins

Go back to your action plan. What did you learn and what do you want to add into your action plan for your daily, weekly, monthly action? Remember to be SMART.  Specific, Measured, Agreed, Realised and Time-bound!

Add it in now. Build self-talk into every climbing session. You deserve motivating, positive and energised talk.
