The purpose of this module is:
- To identify and learn the different elements of mastery in climbing
- To understand your own levels of mastery
- To introduce and practise a regular mindfulness practice
By the end of the module you will have:
- An area of your climbing skills that you would like to master, with a clear goal for that element
- A plan for your regular mindfulness practise
