Founded in 2010 by Fashion Designer, Pattern Cutter and climber, Jessica Mor, 3RD ROCK is a family run business based in the Peak District specialising in climbing and yoga wear. After witnessing the negative sides of the industry – environmental abuses, human rights violations, poverty & illness - Jess made it her personal mission to create an alternative type of clothing brand to make a difference. Their women’s clothing comes in a great range of colours too, plus they’ve recently teamed up with Climbers Against Cancer. We think this is all round good stuff, and so we’re pretty pleased they’re supporting WomenClimb too!
The TITAN Botangle are the perfect legging to fit seamlessly into your active life, whether you do yoga or climb. They’re made from recycled fabric to help prevent waste, but comes with the bonus of sun protection and a sturdy feel, perfect for days on the rock. They even come with a handy ankle pocket to keep your keys or cash to hand without disrupting your long run or yoga session.

Dirtbags' chalk bags are made in the Lake District using recycled climbing rope. Each one is unique, using offcuts and waste fleece and cordura fabric from local manufacturers. There are two loops for a belt, the webbing repurposed from old buoyancy aids, and a centre loop for a biner if you don't use a belt.
The outdoor recreation industry produces a lot of finite-life, plastic-based safety gear and it is Dirt Bags’ aim as a zero waste business to extend the life of these materials, making new products from old gear. We like the sound of that!
